What to do if the Provider has not yet accepted a booking request

Plus what happens when a Provider does not accept my booking request?

  • Booking Request Notification: After you submit a booking request, the Provider is notified and must accept or decline within 7 days.

  • No Charge for Non-response: If the Provider does not respond within this 7 day window, you will not be charged for the booking.

  • Follow-Up: If your booking date is approaching and you haven't received a response, you can send a follow-up message.

    • Go to your Bookyrslf inbox, select "as a guest," and you will see all past conversations and bookings. This allows you to send another message to inquire about the status of your booking.
