After selecting the Provider you wish to book, you will see one of two options.
If the Provider has available slots, you'll find a 'Book Now' button.
If no slots are available, an 'Inquire' button will appear instead.
Below are instructions on how to proceed with both types of listings.
How to Make a Direct Booking:
In the box on the right side of the session listing page, you will see the Provider's available schedule or an 'Inquire' button.
When viewing the Provider's schedule, select the day and time that suits you best.
After clicking the 'Book Now' button, you'll be prompted to enter your payment information. Note that your card will not be charged until the provider accepts your booking request.
You also have the option to message the provider if you have any questions.
We recommend sending your booking request at least 48 hours in advance.
After you submit your booking request, your credit card will not be charged until the Provider accepts your booking. If the Provider declines the booking request, your credit card will not be charged at all. Providers are expected to respond to booking requests within 48 hours.

Once the provider accepts your booking request, you will receive an email confirmation containing all the details of your booking.
How to Make an Inquiry-Based Booking:
When viewing a listing without a displayed schedule, you will see an 'Inquire' button instead of a 'Book Now' button.
After clicking the 'Inquire' button, you can request a booking. Remember to include specific details about the location, time, your experience with this type of session, and duration of your desired booking.
The provider will create a custom quote for you. Once you review the quote, you must click the 'Accept Offer' button to proceed with your booking.
After clicking 'Accept Offer', you will be prompted to enter your payment details.
You will receive an email confirming your booking. If you do not receive this email, you can also access your booking information in your Bookyrslf inbox.
